Property Request
The Complex of houses is situated in Kamenar village - 5 minutes from Pomorie city and the Sea, and right next to a Golf Complex project, which must be started soon. For the last two years, there are about 60 houses already purchased by foreigners in Kamenar village, most of whom are Englishmen.
Concerning the rest of the houses, we prefer to build them after we have already sold them, since we have several options for them, in accordance with the client’s desires:
-105 sq.m. on one story - 59 000 euro
-144 sq.m. on two stories - 89 000 euro
- 166 sq.m. on two stories - 109 000 euro
- 240 sq.m. on three stories - 139 000 euro
- we are also offering the option of selling a plot of land – 500 sq.m. - 20 000 euro with all permits for construction, if a client want to build himself another type of house, not according to the plans of our Complex. We are also offering to build the house of that client according to his individual project if he wants - 490 euro/sq.m.

- 166 sq.m. + 17 000 Å above the price for the turn the key construction (e.g. 140 500 E in total)
- 240 sq.m. + 23 000 Å above the price for the turn the key construction (e.g. 183 000 E in total)
- We also have an option for the turn the key and complete furnishing (Economic Package), which can be additionally discussed, but are in the following parameters:
