Chanove 1 is a closed-type residential complex comprising 8 traditional-style Bulgarian houses which have retained the ethnographic specificities of the Bansko Region. The exterior's authentic decoration and author's elements put the complex amongst the most attractive complexes in the region.

Here, the classic Bulgarian tradition has been kept in full - wood decoration, verandahs and jetties, wooden parapets, specific yet simple decorations.

Set up amongst picturesque countryside, imposing pristine forests, close to a game reserve and rich cultural and historical heritage...

Situated on an ancient Roman road from Marcianopolis to Balchik, within the picturesque valley along the Dolishte River, near the Dolishte Nature Reserve, close to the Dolishte River. On the attractive crossroads of the roads to the sea capital of Bulgaria - Varna and the international airport (only 15 minutes from there), Baltata, Yaylata, Tuzlata and Kaliakra Nature Reserves, the three modern golf courses which are being built, the Black Sea Resort Complex Albena which is famous throughout Europe...

The price includes:

Individual yards with planned green vegetation – rye-grass, flowers, evergreen bushes, big trees.

Parking place for each house.

Installations. It includes the electrical switches, electrical contacts and lighting. Preinstalled telephone cables, cable TV and Internet connection. Electrical boiler for hot water is installed.

Bathrooms. Fully equipped – faience and terracotta on walls and floors, washing basins and shower cabins, quality sanitary faience and accessories, mirror, hung ceiling and appropriate lighting.

Windows and doors. PVC joinery with triple glass-packet.Armored entrance door. Laminated internal doors.

Facade. ÅPS thermo insulation with meshwork and mineral masonry, which is maintenance free.

The real estates are being constructed using new technology, ecologically clean materials, having the respective certificates, MDF doors, laminated flooring in the bedrooms and terracotta in the living room and the wet premises. The houses shall be delivered on turnkey basis.

The house will be certified for “energy efficiency”.
